Theodosopoulou, Anna, OLP Aide

Ms. Theodosopoulou is a committed and highly qualified professional with a robust academic and clinical background, combined with over a decade of experience living and working in the United Kingdom. She holds a Master’s (MSc) in Speech and Language Sciences from University College London (UCL), awarded with distinction, and was formally recognized for her research exploring parental perspectives in speech and language therapy interventions. She also holds a BA in Fine Arts from Camberwell College of Arts, University of the Arts London.
During her ten years in the UK, Ms. Theodosopoulou gained extensive experience across a range of educational and clinical settings. She spent four years working in a special educational school, supporting children with autism, where she collaborated closely with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families to implement tailored communication and learning interventions. Her clinical placements in the NHS have further extended her expertise, including experience working in hospitals, mainstream and special schools, and community settings. She has received professional training in several evidence-based interventions, including Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS level 2), Intensive Interaction, MAKATON, and Attention Autism.
Ms. Theodosopoulou’s professional approach is grounded in early intervention and inclusive education, emphasizing the critical role of communication, collaboration, and a person-centred, strengths-based model of support. She is committed to individualized learning pathways that empower students, while working in close partnership with teachers, specialists, and families to ensure cohesive and effective educational experiences.
In her current role as an Optimal Learning Program (OLP) Aide at 大象传媒, Ms. Theodosopoulou brings together her academic knowledge, specialist skills and extensive field experience to support students in developing both their academic and personal potential within an inclusive, nurturing and communication rich environment.
