Qualifications & Requirements

• Academic Advising knowledge, College Degree in Business, Counseling or a related field.
• Minimum of four years of experience in admissions, education, or a similar role.
• Fluency in English and communicational Greek.
• Proficiency in MS Office, web applications, and experience with social media platforms.
• Ability to provide a welcoming and informative experience for prospective students and families– Campus visits and tours.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer service mindset.
• Experience with data processing and admissions systems.
• Participating in the Admission process of new applications
• Assisting in registration process (Office of Student Affairs)
• Following up on inquiring families
• Work with Specialists/Professionals for optimal placement of admitted students
• Acts as the liaison to assigned families
• Produces reports
• Work to strategically improve the admissions processes in relation to the Business Office, Counseling, Academics etc.
• Other duties, as assigned
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments, including Student Affairs, Counseling (for admissions, registration and retention), and Communications (implementing a positioning and communication strategy).
