Payment Procedures

Once the training schedule is confirmed, payment is required to finalize participation.

Payment Methods & Bank Information

All necessary payment details will be included in the official registration confirmation email sent after your request has been processed and the training schedule is finalized.

  • Three separate payment notices will be issued throughout the year鈥攐ne for each season.
    The cost is based on:
    • The number of training days per season
    • The number of participants in each training group
    • Official closure dates (e.g., holidays, breaks) are excluded from the seasonal fees.
  • The Competitive Athlete Program is tailor-made, and athletes may choose to participate in six or more weekly lessons. Referral fees are determined on a case-by-case basis and finalized once the athlete's personalized training plan has been confirmed.
  • Season fees can be found here.
  • Payment deadlines:
    • Fees must be paid before the season starts.
    • For mid-season registrations, payment is due within one week of the confirmed start date.
  • If payment is not received by the stated deadline, the training spot may be offered to a waitlisted member. Participation in tennis lessons can only continue once the payment has been completed.
  • Returning members with outstanding balances will not be permitted to register for future sessions.
  • All schedule changes must be formally requested, discussed, and approved 产测听Mr. Igor Schoenefeld, Tennis Academy Coordinator.
