Registration Request

Please read your registration confirmation carefully, paying close attention to your child’s start date, training times, and training days. Children should only attend tennis lessons on the days and times listed in their confirmation.
During the first 1–2 weeks, our coaches will evaluate each training group to ensure appropriate group and level placement. Adjustments may be recommended if necessary.

Registration Procedures for the 2025–2026 Academic Year

Registration Timeline

• Main Registration Period: August 15 – September 10
• Rolling Enrollment: Registration remains open year-round, subject to availability.

If you do not receive any communication from the Tennis Academy within one week prior to Season 1 start (September 22), this means we have successfully accommodated your preferred training day(s) and time(s).

Important Notes on Confirmation

• Submitting the form does not confirm your registration.
  An official confirmation email will be sent approximately one week before the start of the season. This email will confirm your training slot and include final costs and additional details. Only then is your registration considered complete.
• We will review your selected training days and times against our master schedule.
• If your request cannot be fulfilled due to full sessions, we will propose alternative options for your approval.
• Please ensure your requested training times do not conflict with other after-school activities, as rescheduling is generally not possible.

Competitive Program Participants:

Families of which child/ren are participating in our Competitive Program will be contacted separately with details on:

• Group placement and training times.
• Program enhancements.
• New offers and opportunities for the year.
